I have not had any problems with my CRD and I have no intention of selling or trading. That should answer the question of how do I like it.

We left home on Jan 3, are now in Green Valley, AZ and we averaged 21.84 MPG for the trip.

(2000 2.5 L 4 cyl AWD Subaru Outback/2009 Trillium 1300 about 1840lbs)

I have heard the identical comment from every Liberty CRD owner that I have talked to. Too bad the North American auto industry can't get its act together to actually create quality products on a long term basis. This vehicle seems to be one of those bright lights that we are famous for letting petty politicians shut down.

My wife likes the Subaru but we would need the 6 cylinder version. Nicely appointed vehicle but the towing capacity is well under #5000.

Thanks for posting.

Don't forget to check the size of the brakes when considering a tow vehicle.

I towed a tent trailer with a 1987 Subaru ( Legacy? Loyale? I forget ). It had disc brakes the size of the lid off a can of Campbell's soup.

I was a risk to my family and other drivers.

A Toyota Prius RV? Yup!
Would you believe it -- a Toyota Prius camper? Well, believe it! The sleek RV debuted at a Tokyo auto show this weekend. It's got a queen bed, a smaller bed and a bathroom with shower. And, wow, great gas mileage! You want one? Well, read all about it.I saw a Prius-camper Take a look at this Toyota Prius with custom camper modification.

In one of the more bizarre car modifications we have seen, Japanese conversion outfit Campinn has developed this unique and somewhat odd looking camper add-on for the standard Prius.

Campinnís modified addition gives the current Prius a robust makeover of sorts, adding space for a convertible sofa-bed and overhead sleeping area. The camper addition is made of fiber-reinforced plastic and features a skylight as well as a back door for easy loading and unloading.

I saw this Prius camper on the web at the Tokyo Auto Show.
A new Escape puller.

But can it tow a 17B? In fact, can it tow a child's wagon If I just want maximum mpg and leave the Escape at home, I have a bicycle with a BOB trailer that I have camped with
