Yes, a non RV shop would be better. My husband has a favorite tire place that did a good job with tires, bearings and brakes for our Casita a few years ago, but they weren't interested in doing the Escape.

We probably don't need the bearings repacked since we've only taken four trips I think. But we never did get the brakes adjusted after 500 miles so might as well repack the bearings. Just extra peace of mind I guess for our trek to Merritt.
