Why? Keep in mind that the 5.0TA is about 88 inches wide, with the pin box extending to at least the most forward part of the body, so a full 90 degree turn (which you don't need to do) is possible with only 44" from the cab to the hitch centre; this isn't the typical 96" to 102" wide fifth-wheel. You would only need a slider if you are determined to have the trailer closer to the cab than this, or will only use the common just-ahead-of-axle hitch location.

I see this is good to know!

So all out there, votes for TT (19 or 21, does not matter) or 5.0 TA? First votes counted to 5 for any will be the deciding factor

This is a photo when the first of the 5.0TAs (classic) came out of the mold and Reace hooked up with his 5.5 bed Ford F-150. How much more of a turn do you need?
