Loaded Hitch Weights

As a rookie trailer owner, I'm curious to know what loaded hitch weights folks are experiencing with their Escapes. As an example:

Trailer model: 2010 Escape 15A
Propane tanks: single on tongue
Batteries: dual on tongue
Water tanks: fresh 3/4; grey 1/4; black N/A
Extra tongue or receiver items (e.g. tongue cargo box, hitch cargo box): none
Loaded hitch weight: 340 lbs (bathroom scale method)
Loaded trailer weight: unknown

Is this tongue weight similar to others or does it seem a little front heavy? When I get a chance, I'll try to weigh the trailer so that I can determine what sort of percentage is on the hitch. Last year, "Ace Brown" noted a similar tongue weight on his 17B with a trailer weighing 3460 lbs.

Are others experiencing the same?
