Hi: HokieEscape... Dan...I think the mileage is good so far. "Our Escape Hauler" has less than 2000k miles on it, so it will get better as it breaks in. I might call Tammy to get a set of gold stripes ala Escape to make it standout in a snowdrift Merry Christmas to you two too!!! Alf

Hi: All... Going to tow home "Our Escape Hatch" a week Sun. I'll need to take her out of the storage building and back into the welding shop to get the air tools for letting out the pin box. I tried while up there on Easter Sun but my little wrenches are no match for those bolts. I'll make sure to take some pic's Alf

You must have "separation anxiety" to the max by now! Go get that baby and bring her home!

Re: New 2010 TUG Coming

Hi: All...Well "Our Escape Hatch" is home for another season of travel and fun!!! I had to let the pinbox out one set of holes for a perfectly level tow. My wife even bought me a can of black TremClad (Rustoleum) paint and a package of foam brushes for Mothers Day .
The Nissan Frontier walked... no ran away with the 5.0. Gonna have to watch that peddle pressure YIKES!!! Alf

Escape 5.0, and the Nissan Frontier...doesn't get any better....except when you're camping with your bride!

Re: New 2010 TUG Coming

Hi: gharms...We just got back from a 4 day May 24 holiday weekend. A wonderful visit to Rondeau Pt. It's on the migratory path across lake Erie for most birds...and we saw most!!! We also had a great "Nest" of our own. Alf

Re: New 2010 TUG Coming

I like your shiney new truck Alf! I did noticed it is sitting a bit low in back, however. I put airbags (helper springs) at the rear axle of my Ranger and they worked wonders fro bringing the truck back up to level. I found my best results using about 25-30 psi pressure, although yours would obviously be different.

You could have a new tug too, Jeff.
If you had a trailer.

Re: New 2010 TUG Coming

Hi: All... Our new tug just keeps on getting better n better. I've earned my stripes and had a great Co. Auto Trim Design install them. Steve came out to the house and did it in the garage. Took a couple of hours... but I think it looks super 8)... great too!!! Alf
