Question

Do you think it would fit on the front of a 21' with storage box?

I have no idea, I just pass on the information. You have about 10-12" free in front of the box but I do not know where they recommend installation. In addition it has a 500# limit and you may be at that limit with a 21. I thought for a 19 or 17 it may be a better choice or a 21 without the added front box weight, unless you empty the box.

I agree. I think it would be marginal for the weight. I think the mount would be in the way of spring bars on the reese hitch as well.
