My understanding is that with tandem axles, it is more important that that the trailer be level for travel.

Wow, I wonder why Escape uses such a heavy duty set up for a lightweight trailer? That must weigh 75# minimum. Thanks for the pictures, helps me a lot. I may go the Andersen method.

Yes, it costs more but I can use it with the Ram to eliminate wind sway and with the FJ to eliminate squat, plus it weighs a lot less. While towing with the ram, I do not need w/d because I have air bags, but occasionally I can feel the wind's effect on the trailer.
