Towing a 21 foot with a Honda Ridgeline?

I will soon be selling my Eggcamper that I have been pulling, easily, with a Honda Odyssey minivan. I am planning to order a 21 foot Escape. I will need to upgrade tow vehicles. I am wondering if there are people that are currently towing a 21 foot Escape with a Honda Ridgeline and if so, what your experience has been.

I've been towing a 21 with my Ridgeline since 2014, including 3 trips from Vanc Island to California. I don't travel heavily loaded, empty tanks for the most part and only one adult. My Ridge is now 8 years old and getting up there in mileage (193K kms) so now it's up for sale. I love the Ridgeline, but it's not a truck, it's an SUV and it's really at its limit when towing the 21. I've upgraded to the F150 as having the extra margin of safety for towing as well as greatly improved mileage was important.
