Fort Camping

For those that haven't yet been to Fort Camping, and possibly have heard rumors re: mosquitoes, it's worth it to head down this year.

There are very few (if any) mosquitoes and the services are great! The unfortunate close of the Albion at the end of July means that traffic through the Fort is reduced (no more annoying super-loud harley's).

No sun guarantee, but it's been pretty good so far this year.

Re: Fort Camping

So then Dirk, it sounds like you got all those nasty mossies.

What exactly is the Albion?

It was quite the nice campground though.

Re: Fort Camping

The Albion Ferry will cross the Fraser River from Fort Langley to Maple Ridge for another week, ending 52 years of service. It has been made redundant by the Golden Ears Bridge to the west. Kind of a shame, but this bridge should have been there years ago.
