Full Time Living.

Hello all, I am new to the forum so forgive me if this has been discussed before.
I am considering full time living in a 19 ft Escape trailer. I really mean full time living, no house, condo etc, etc.
Is there anyone else who is doing this please?
How does the Escape match up to full timing?
Thank you.
Howard.

Re: Full Time Living.

Are you planning on living only in warmer regions? In that case you should be definitely more than fine. However, if you would like to live in regions with real winters, I would watch out for the winterizing aspects. As I understand, the Escape is not a real 4-season camper. I assume though you would seek out the warmer areas.... :

Re: Full Time Living.

Not to diminish the advice you receive here there has been a good deal of discussion of this very topic at:

http://www.fiberglassrv.com/board/

There seems to be a cadre of full timers on that board with a lot of discussion of the topic. Since the model of your "home" matters less than the other parts of full timing the other board maybe a good place to start.

I think one of our members "Ace" is full-timing it in his 17ft.. I think you'll find more on the FGRV site as noted..

Re: Full Time Living.

Hi: Howard...I can't think of anything nicer to fulltime in!!! I really admire those who can do it. The clutter of life is starting to "Get to me".
I spend so much time in the "Dawg house" I don't know if I could survive on the outside!!! Good thing we don't have a dog. Alf

Re: Full Time Living.

FYI - I've been emailing Cheri from Technomadia and they're up for an interview on Escape Forum.. We almost pulled it off this month, but our schedules couldn't align up.. So we punted until June/July... Anyway I thought with all the interest in full-timing & solar they would be the perfect fit..
