Silver Falls State Park, Oregon

My wife and I took Ladybug to the Northern Oregon Group event this past weekend at Silver Falls State Park, which is close to Silverton, Oregon, just east of Salem, Oregon. There was only one other Escape trailer there, a 2006 Escape 17 owned by Anne H.

The park has excellent facilities and wonderful natural beauty, and the surrounding area is interesting and worth seeing.

Re: Silver Falls State Park, Oregon

This is one of our favorite places to camp! Our kids loved it because there is so much to do there (lots of bike trails, horses for rent, and great trails). The best part is the walk that includes 11 waterfalls, some of which you can walk behind on rock ledges. We always pack a lunch and take several hours to do the whole circle. Hardly see any other people except at the two ends where those falls can be accessed easily from the park or road.
