Yosemite Wawona Campground Review

We love Yosemite!! But, it’s so hard to get a campground.. Today we review the Wawona Campground, the advantages and possible disadvantage of staying here.

Thanks for the reviews. How were the falls this year? Are there any campgrounds that you would recommend that are outside of Yosemite but within a sort drive-in range to see and experience the park? Also while there are no hook-ups, is there nearby water to fill up tanks, and/or any dumping stations?

Not too sure about RV parks close to drive in as I always stayed inside the park, but I do remember seeing some signs on the way..

The Falls we're flowing pretty good, I have a short clip from Glacier Point the I'll post up later.. as for the dump stations & water.. yes they have them both on the valley floor and near the Wawona campground.. there's sometimes a wait as everyone fills their tanks with fresh water there (as well as dumps).. They of course have water stations in the campground ( with tapered nozzel/spigot)..
