Wellll....let's just say I'm hoping so. Contacted King and the current one is about 8.5" high, which puts my trailer at about 10'2". So the newer Jack King antenna is roughly 3" shorter according to them, and it LOOKS exactly the same, only shorter. So fingers crossed that the base plate has matching holes. But I've taken just the top antenna off (3 screws going up), the bolt that holds the cover/sleeve, and pulled the black adjuster out from the bottom (above the bed where the adjustment knob is) when I needed to get the trailer into a 10' space and it just clears. This will hopefully eliminate all that. Also while removing all that, I noticed the top of the main base plate was cracked and the coax connector from the antenna to the inside meter was pretty frayed and cut. So I guess I'll have a spare flat directional antenna for the lower base as well.
