Regular maintenance list or spreadsheet

Has Anyone developed a maintenance checklist for items to do to their trailers on a regular basis. Such as tire replacement, bearings greased, resealing windows etc? Thanks in advance.

It's on page 67 of the Escape Manual. Escape manual can be found under "Trailers" on the Escape site. Click on the ad on the right of this page.

I intend to do this myself in the future. I learned how to check and clean burners in all but the furnace of our Nash trailer. I observed the entire furnace cleaning by a service tech and thought it too difficult for me. It would be great if one of the mechanical gurus on this forum could create instructions for cleaning burners, maybe even a YouTube video.

Thanks for the heads up on the manual. Don't know why I didn't see that. Too excited about the video & 17b link I guess. Anyway have now downloaded. This one is so much more complete than my 89 scamp instructions.
