Tow to storage after winterizing?

We store our trailer at a cover storage facility about 50 kilometers from our house.
We have been using the anti-freeze method to winterize the water lines, but we've been doing this at home and then towing the trailer to storage.
We are wondering if we may be losing some of the anti-freeze out of the lines by towing so far after running it through the lines; should we be waiting until we park the trailer in storage first and then run the anti-freeze through the lines?

As long as you've run the pink in till there is no more water in the lines it doesn't hurt to have some of the pink come out. I actually blow out the antifreeze after running it in on purpose.

I do the same , but leave antifreeze in holding tank and when stored I jack the front up hi enough to run all the rain water off .After which I turn on the pump and refill all the traps and toilet bowl I bit. Tarp it up and wait till spring camping.
