What’s the awning look like, any holes?

I think we established many posts ago that the photos show a stain, not tree sap. Lots of products will deal with stains.

No holes in mine, but I only used Scrubbing Bubbles once ( then I read the awning care instructions ). I use liquid soap and water and a soft brush. Doesn't work all that well, but the awning is in one piece.

Hey Brenda, I want to be there to watch when y'all do that. Someone will need to call 9-11 .
As far as going to DC again, I just checked, and there are no (as in zero) sites available for any weekend in October. And I think they close for the season on 11/1. So we may have missed our opportunity.

Nope, not talking about that DC, we are talking about Defeated Creek campground in Carthage TN. It's one of our favorite COE campgrounds, but unfortunately all of the COE campgrounds in TN seem to close the end of October.
But now that you mention it, is Cherry Hill cg a good place to camp and visit that other DC? I've never been to that DC and definitely want to someday.

We just finished our washing and waxing prior to winterizing. Last year, which was our inaugural year, we had to spend a lot of time cleaning off white pine sap. We then used Meguiar's Flagship Premium Marine Wax.
This year we camped for 2.5 months in the same forest and expected to spend a similar amount of time cleaning sap off. We started by washing the trailer with Meguiar's Gel Wash and were then planning to deal with the sap, but there were only a couple of tiny spots.
Wondering if the Meguiar's wax made the difference. In any event, the trailer looks like new.

Thanks for this. Think I will try the wax option in hopes of minimizing the issues.
