Nothing to heating bulb installation. Get a 100w bulb and suspend it somehow under the trailer. Run an extension chord to the 110 outlet on your service box, or I suppose, to a 110 external plug if you have one an you are in business.
BTW I just discovered a facebook group of RVers with the multi resort passes passing around information on where to stay at various ski areas. Thought you might be interested.

Skirts are usually custom designed to go around tongues, stairs, hook up connections, etc.
