We had plenty of water come out of the low-point drain after we thought we had drained everything. I am wondering what no low-point drain means. I suppose if someone pumped anti-freeze through the city water inlet as we do, it would displace any water left.

The use of the rods tells me you have Suburban water heaters with steel tank. Atwood does not have a steel tank so the rod is not needed.

Has anyone else winterized their 21' Escape and noticed the pump feed line holding liquid?

I looked at the one in the FW yesterday, couldn't tell, hose and H2O being clear. Same situation would have existed in my previous trailer as I winterized it the same, never had an issue with it.

Would not have running the pump before blowing it out have cleared any water there?

On 2nd thought, would not running the pump for a couple seconds now clear any water out of the hose in question?

ETI instructions - Winterizing Your Trailer - call for running the pump 20 seconds or so.
