Is there any chance freezing. I never do it here until Easter at the earliest.

I'm asking myself the same thing. Today, I'm dropping off my trailer in Bellingham and can't return for a couple months. I think I'll drain tanks, remove hot water heater anode and call it good. It may still freeze but I doubt it will get cold long enough to get my pipes .... I hope.

Tom

Maybe a little air pressure to push out remaining water
... I would think that a little heat inside with cupboard doors open and you will be fine.

It was 28 degrees at my house yesterday and I'm at 120 feet elevation in east county Portland, OR. Looking at the 10 day forecast, we're supposed to stay about lows in the mid-30s and highs in the 50s. Spring is coming. T-shirt and flip flop weather in a week!
