Yellowing Plastic

From what I've been reading, there is no way to get the yellowing out of the plastic without applying a new coat of white paint, correct? What brand/type of paint works the best in this situation?

Doug, a number of years ago I wiped the yellow off the plastic parts on my last trailer. Don't recall if I used Naphtha or Acetone, needed to keep turning the rag. It also dries up fast so either keep dipping or work faster. That was 6 or so years ago on a Starcraft, no saying if it'd work on the Escape's plastic.

Paint match is Krylon Fusion, Dover White. It is made for plastics ( and vinyl? ).
