Final Photos
Got my final set of pics from Erin yesterday evening. I was so excited I couldn't post; so, this a.m. I'm more calm . Production is finished and she goes to QC next. Still don't know when delivery will be scheduled. Still undecided re:graphics for front. I have a few in mind, but no decision yet. Any suggestions?

Looking Good!
Congrats on the new build. Another sharp looking 21. What is the color/name of the formica? It ties in very nicely.
Cheers...

Everything looks great! You certainly should be excited. Well, other than I noticed right away that it did not have the model on the front like other trailers. Was there a reason for not doing that?

The microwave is the standard offered by ETI. I believe it's a RCA brand. Nothing extra there; although, it does appear to stick out somewhat in the pics. Look out head .Maybe it's not pushed all the way back in the cabinet.
The model graphics were left off the front intentionally Jim as I have a custom graphic in mind and did not want the "Escape 21" to detract. The model graphic is visible on the back drivers corner.
Thanks Tom; I'm sure we'll get together at Defeated Creek sometime; hopefully, sooner than later. Would love to meet you and get your thoughts on any mods needed.

The microwave protrudes about the same as the refrigerator.....ask for a spare cabinet door in case you ever want to remove it.

Have them give you the front graphics "on the side." You can decide later and their easy to apply yourself (literally, peel & stick).

On the custom formica. Is it 200 dollars plus the cost of the formica material or just the 200 dollar fee? Thanks in advance. Beautiful trailer.

No additional cost, you get Formica in the build, the $200 is just for the change.

Ok thanks, But the custom fabric and flooring we order and pay for and have it shipped to ETI correct? Then on top of that also pay the $100 install fee for Flooring and $100 install fee for fabric? Thanks for the help.

Hi Gocamp,
This was our experience and understanding of ETI policy re installing flooring/custom fabrics. Of course, check with ETI to get their accurate information.
We bought and paid for special fabric/flooring. My wife who is was a buyer for a large grocery chain in her preretirment career wanted ETI to give us a credit for the standard flooring/fabric which had been costed in the original ETI but now would not be used - instead we were charged an extra for the privilege of supplying our own fabric/flooring.
ETI explained (and we agree with their logic) that the fee and no credit for unused materials was because of the costs and risks ETI takes when interrupting/changing their manufacturing system when installing specialized items into our unique trailer. ETI would have to correct any option mistakes (for ex if they they put in the wrong counters/flooring) or damage specialized products.
I hope this is useful information. Larry

For flooring, they had started using a form for you to sign saying that if your flooring was damaged during the build, they would not cover it. You might see about that.
They use a standard flooring with blocks that lends itself to repairs. Yours may not, and consequently, they do not want to be responsible for damage that occurs during the build. Ours would have been repairable because it is a plank design but other designs may not be repairable.

There is no extra install fee for items on all trailers such as flooring, counters and fabric. You are paying for a change of design. You might pay $200 or $300 for different counters, or $100 or $150 or more for different fabric designs depending upon what you choose and how many designs.
Installation charges are usually paid when you order something not on the options list.
