Make sure you wait until it has been uploaded before hitting submit.

Go advanced, manage attachments, then upload. After uploading, check to see if the attachment is listed under "current attachments" before submitting the post. If there is nothing listed under current attachments, your file is NOT uploaded and won't display.

I click on "Go Advanced" under the message box. That brings up a message box with a paper clip as one of the icons. I click on the paper clip and it brings up a box with four "Browse" buttons. Click on the first one and select the photo where it is on your computer ( I save them to the desk top so I can find them easily ). You can select up to four by clicking "Open" and then click on "Upload". There is also an upload button for video so make sure you click the right one.
It will then say "Please wait, uploading". When uploading is complete you will have the option to close the window. Close it. Then hit "Submit". Or, better yet, hit "Preview" to make sure they are attached and then hit "Submit".

You may have to expand the window to hit the right upload click or close window click.
