Haida Gwaii - Queen Charlotte Islands British Columbia
Not too many folks make it here, but some good camping opportunities. Here is Gray Bay - and it is free to camp here. No power or water, but there are outhouses.

About 15 sites, accessed by logging roads from Sandspit. Showing path to beach and happy campers.

Pictures of some summer conditions - we do get the odd winter like storm, even in august.

My trailer in action on a rainy day - this is what happens when your wife has to work, and you take out the kids solo. I had the activities down, hard to keep up on my girls needing to change their wet clothes every 15 mins!

ohh yah, that last interior pic shows my after market bunk in action. It worked great for the kids, but again, not recommended for adults. Pics of the design can be found on this site. Thanks to all of you on the site who provided feed back and advice.

Re: Haida Gwaii - Queen Charlotte Islands British Columbia
Hi
I'm in Comox BC and am wondering what it must have cost on the ferry to get to the Charlottes? Must have been plenty as its 170$ just to vancouver from Nanaimo.
What a beautiful place to visit
Gordon
