Home with a 19'!

Picked up our Escape last week! Just before Easter. Private sale. Less than a year old. It was a wonderful trip visiting with the sellers at their idyllic property. She made us the best food!!

The following were included:
-AC
-Insulation and thermal windows
-two-way water heater
-door at end of bench
-microwave
-TV arm, TV included
-pull-out spray faucet
-upgraded stereo system
-Equalizer hitch
-exterior 110V
-front box
-wood pads he made for the stabilizers
-mirror in bathroom
-4" foam plus 2" memory (plus our 2" latex)

The sellers showed us everything in great detail and gave us lots of tips. We had a three-day trip home and "Floating Cloud" is now in storage temporarily. Visited today and tried out tire sensors. Did the tongue weight. Don't know if it is correct but it was 400 lbs. loaded up.

We are now officially Escapers!!

That is a real nice looking unit. And it is all tricked out. What a find.

Re: Home with a 19'!

Hi: Cathy... Eggceptional find!!! That's how we got "Our Escape Hatch" and tow truck too... less than a year old trailer and his '02 pickup too. and just what we wanted. The Easter bunny has the best "Eggs" sometimes!!! Now the better part is to start Escamping and showing your trailer to all the wonderfilled non fiberglass owners... and you will meet a lot of them everywhere you stop. Alf

Re: Home with a 19'!

Belated congratulations!
Can you show us the bathroom mirror? As I belong to The "Baglo no hole" club, I am curious.
Thanks, I know you'll have great times.

Re: Home with a 19'!

Sandra, the mirror is not affixed to the wall. It has wire to hang it and I think the hook is one of those stick-on white hooks found at many stores. The first thing I do when getting up to leave a place is to take that mirror down and put it in a good place for travel and shut the bathroom vent!
