Final photos of the build of our 21. Just waiting for a modified cupboard door and ETI to complete the quality control and we will be able to make the short 100km/63 mile trip to the factory in Chilliwack to pick up our new home from home. We opted for a slight modification to the "microwave" cupboard above the wardrobe, except we don't use a microwave. A number of Escapes had mentioned opening up the space above the microwave and we opted to do that bit instead of two openings, we have opted for one and will put two or three drawers in there.

Then some modifications to make it our own as well as clear out all the camping gear from our old trailer that has been clogging up our basement. Hopefully off somewhere in the new year, hoping to get to Quartzite for the weekend of 8-10 Feb.

Beautiful. Love the floor, and choice of flooring. I see the Lagun table mount. You probably installed that, but I have to ask if ETI did it?

I meant to say that I love the floor and Formica choice.

Is your table full size?

Table was modified to fit modified u shaped dinette.
We added 4 inches of depth to rear bench to have wider seating area in rear of dinette

I like that idea. Provided a smaller table is ok, I’ve thought about adding 7” to get a 25” sleeping and lounging place. I have a thermarest pad that could be utilized. Then the smallish 23” wide table could be set up while I could sleep or lounge. That’s pretty small though, and I may regret doing it.

My Lagun mount is sitting on my workbench while I wait for my Escape.

The drive was smooth. We left at 6:50am and just arrived at Tim Hortons after filling up the truck. Can't wait to see the Escape Pod!

Congratulations Chris and Patricia.
Looks very similar to ours with the light counter tops. The front window of course will get you more light up front.Happy travels.
We are not leaving until March 1 st since our son got a stick built Grand Design and have different plans. And only two weeks holiday.Going down trough Idaho and Utah to Sedona and Havasu in Arizona and doing six weeks in the sun.Enjoy the larger space and the user friendly bed.Storage galore. We are bringing the gen set for those cold nights in Utah.Just in case. The roof solar will probably be enough.Been thinking of getting the Zam port installed by ETI and carry a set of Armada 200 w folding panels.Always dreaming.
Happy and safe travels.

Allan thanks. We ordered the Sand Crystal counter tops, just a bit lighter than the standard colour scheme. We found that the Furnace works fine on the cold nights. Especially excited about the much bigger bed than our old 17 and so much more storage and living space. Happy travels.

Sure is exciting getting build pics every day now! You can see a hint of our green Formica around where the oven will go.

Build pics process

I knew that ETI sent progress photos of your trailer as it was being built....I just didn't realize they sent so many! Thought I would share with others who haven't yet entered the production stage what to expect - from the day our 5.0TA went onto the production floor a week ago we have received daily build photos showing the same interior and exterior views...it has been fascinating to watch each day's progress and see all the various components being added. Another hats off to ETI for this really outstanding level of individualized attention to each customer!

That is exciting. It looks like the rear bench of the u-shape dinette is wider than standard.
