I'm not certain, but suspect it is the radio antenna - the radio is just inside the trailer near that point.

That is the standard U-shaped dinette, we did not change the dimensions.

Yes, that makes sense. I finished my build sheet and knowing that ETI wasn't installing antennas (customer supplied) anymore I didn't ask. Thought maybe I missed something by not asking. Keep the pictures coming, it is nice to see how it goes together for you. Thanks

We got our final build pics today - way sooner than we expected for a Dec. 28 production date, now it heads to quality control. We plan to put in our own wood table, the ETI table is there for now but will come out....too much green. And they don't get asked to put a cat door opening in the bottom of the bathroom door very often!

2019 Escape 21 new interior

This thread helped us make some of the many choices that Escape offers. We received our first pictures yesterday, and I thought I would give back. New Maple interior with standard Formica and floor.

The Picts crank me up. Our orientation is on May 21. We are leaning on going with the maple wood too.

Funny thing about the whole interior change, I struggled with the oak interior while we were thinking about buying. After we made our decision I grew to like the look and warmth of the oak. When the announcement was made about the Maple, I had to think about it for a minute. As a had already prepared myself for the oak, time will tell if we made the right choice. The new floor and counters are much closer to what we really wanted over the tan's and I like to idea of back lighting the new cabinet doors.

It’s ashame Escape doesn’t offer it as a new factory option to complement the cabinet change. I bet that would be a big hit. Maybe in the future?

I used a Sylvania Mosaic led system in my man cave and am really happy with it. So I am going with the same for the maple interior on my new 5.0 TA. (orientation 4/25)

https://www.amazon.com/Sylvania-Chan.../dp/B008COVFUA

along with the connector kit

What I like about the mosaic is the multi colors, the remote control, and it is dimmable. I'm visualizing a soft red glow for those night time trips to the head.

It is cheap to do...
I have been using one of these controllers all year. I bought 2 just in case. It is nice to have the second remote and it is easy to replace the control box should it fail. I purchased the 24 button unit and it was $3 all in. I also like that the control box has a remote eye/pickup so you can sneak it into a good place to be seen by the remote.

Arnie,

I have that exact same system and remote under my kitchen cabinets and I love it, What are you going to hook up to for your power for those lights? Is there a cable inside the cabinerts you're going to splice into?
