Not necessarily. Even most phones nowadays take photos at a high enough resolution to make a poster.

The "take pictures like Jon" was the key part of the comment.

You beat me to it - it is amazing how decent a print can be made today from a cell phone image. The resolution is there although noise may be higher & dynamic range may be less with the small sensor used in phones.

I'll still stick with my full frame sensors although my DSLR cameras seem to be getting heavier with every hike!

Build photos 19 2nd Gen

Thought everyone might enjoy photos of the new 19 (2nd Gen) being built. I've been lurking/following the forum closely for some time and it was an unbelievable help in deciding what to include on my 19. Thanks to everyone for all the great information!!

It appears you have the standard size refer and the "U" dinette in the front?

Nicely coming together! What exciting!
With the walls straight, it looks like the door is lower then in the classic.

19 2nd Gen photos week 2

Continuation of build photos for 2nd Gen 19 week 2 of the build. Will send more when available. BTW, my original completion date was Aug 28. 2016. Have received no communication of delay in delivery. Probably ETI is hoping to have delivery/customs issues resolved by then.

Looks great so far. I can hardly see the difference on the exterior. Have to look closely. Wonder if it would be very obvious in person. Hope someone shows up with a new generation at the Mississippi Rendezvous.
