We pick up our new 19 in August, the photos really make it real!
We were able to get our Tag , registration and Title in Virginia with a bit of patience, prayer and 2.5 hours at the DMV!
We are going to tow with a new 2018 left over Ford F 150 V6 turbo diesel instead of our original plan to tow with a 2016 Honda Pilot.
Much more torque and towing capacity.
Total combined weight for Tug and trailer should be well within limits.
Does anyone have the current frameless window sizes for the 19?
Also looking for advice on storage tub sizes that work well under the bed, in close, under passenger bench with optional door, and under sink.
The forum has been wonderful and I have both a Battery monitor and Lagun table to install when we pick up "Full Quiver"

The photos are great. Very exciting times!
I wish the PA bureaucracy was as compliant as VA's. You were able to get tag, title and registration before picking up the trailer and receiving a final bill of sale.... I picked up mine and got back to PA on May 29th. I'm still waiting for a title/tag/registration so I can go ahead and get an "enhanced inspection". The "enhanced inspection" has to be done by a licensed RV dealership. They check to see if your brake lights and running lights are working...

May I ask, it appears your floor in the dining area is raised. Was that an option you requested? Or standard in the new 19’s?

In the neighboring NJ we got a different but equally frustrating bureaucracy process that for me last exactly 60 days from when we mailed out the application till we received the trailer title. No inspection or anything like that in PA just going through the special unit in Trenton itself took this long. And I heard at least one other Jersey owner that waited even longer than I did. Hang in there and hope you will get it soon.

The raised floor you see is the rear of the trailer, under the bed, and is standard on all 19’s. The frame is raised in the rear to allow greater angle of departure, and the floor height changes to match. Historically ETI would also raise the floor (and benches) on the front dinette if a customer requested it. This was generally done for height-challenged folk who wanted to be able to see out the front windows better. I’m 5’11” and like the standard bench height. YMMV.

Question Wondering how you like the single beds

When we explained to ETI what we wanted, they had a picture of one they had done previously. That was a big help to us as we tried to visualize it. Our plan is to use 2 twin beds- one in the back and one on half of the dinette. That will leave us room to sit and eat on the other half of the dinette. Then we plan to find a small (hopefully comfortable) chair to put between the bed and the bathroom. I will probably use the bed for lounging and watching tv, while hubby gets the chair. As they say, "Time will tell".

Thanks to everyone that has shared their pics and the vast amount of information that we have gotten from reading this forum! I can't even imagine getting through this process without it.
I'm thinking of what you folks did, Mnt1203. How did it work out for you? Would you do things differently today? I'd love to see photos if you have more. Thanks!

Confession: I wrote the check for the PA sales tax wrong. I just found out the other day.

We put our initial deposit down way back last September when the August date initially popped up. Not surprised ETI was ready to roll a little early on it. We are working in Alaska until the end of July so will have to stick with our date.

Quite correct, we are however getting the raised dinette (u shaped) for my 5' 7" wife who wanted to see out easily as well! At 6' 2" I had no trouble.

Is anyone getting pics of their new builds - without specifically asking?

No current posts here AND 18 days from completion date without any pics for me.

Without build pics that studfinder I just got had better be really good with rv framing.

No harm in asking. I had to ask twice during the build process. I received our first photos 17 days prior to the completion date.

Studfinder won't be much help as the stick are very small behind a wood veneer. I found a super magnet will find the colored staples used to build the cabinets much more useful.
