This is the fun part of the wait! Do examine the pictures closely to verify adherence to the build sheet. When we took delivery, we found ETI had installed second outside shower on the driver side that was not on our build sheet. No charge for that, so no complaints!

I'm attaching some pictures from the last 'build day' of our new E19, August 20th. The trailer was in production (the pictures part at least) from 8/12 to 8/20.
GCD is October 25. You can see the trailer is pretty complete on 8/20, but ETI says it is waiting on some last steps.

It's always interesting to see people's ideas and yours align quite closely with my ongoing dreaming. Thank you for posting.
Some questions if I may: - No awning, or just not installed yet (automatic or manual?)?
- Raised dinette? Or is that small lift the standard? Are you doing the cot thing? Your kids are older so it may not make as much sense for your situation.
- Hard to tell if you got the U dinette, or some other configuration. That back portion seems very narrow from the photo.
- No A/C? Or A/C later?
- I'm trying to rationalize the power tongue jack for myself. Is the manual that much more work? You have much more towing experience than I do.
Thank you...

1) Yes to a manual awning. We tend to place a mat and set up a small table for incidentals right outside the door of any RV and we use an awning to create an outdoor space out of the rain.
2) Yes to a raised dinette. My wife is kind of short and was concerned about feeling like she was sitting down in a pit.
2b) No cot. My youngest kid is going on 14 and basically already too big for it.
3) Just a regular dinette. I love the U-shaped dinette in the larger trailers, but I think the E19 isn't big enough to make it make sense.
4) I have a RecPro 9500 BTU AC unit sitting in my basement. I'll install it sometime after I get the trailer.
5) The convenience of a power jack is worth it to me vs. the cost. I've always had them before.
Now, one other note on a power jack. IF you plan to use a conventional anti-sway WDH that uses sliding bar friction (like an Equal-i-zer or similar) then you really, really should get a power jack.
I used to use an equal-i-zer (since moved to a Hensley). For it, you raise up over the ball, lower onto the ball, then raise again (lifting the back of the car with the jack) to get the bars on, then down once more. It's a lot of cranking, and hard cranking too once the jaw is locked on the ball and you are lifting the back end of the car too.
