Wow, 3 more pictures today! They seem to be moving right along. I can now see my u-shaped dinette area. We will have the springfield pedestal installed at orientation. Our table will be the smaller one with all four corners cut the same so it will be easier to get in along the back bench. Anyone know if we should have the ETI slide installed front to back or side to side? I'm thinking front to back.

We didn't specify, and it was installed side to side. It works ok that way, provided they mount it with enough space along the back to sit comfortably. Side to side also means it's easy to get in and out on the left side.

I thought about changing the slide to front to back when I installed my Springfield pedestal, but after experimenting with the different configurations, I wound up keeping it side to side.

You may find as we did that the seating along the back isn't used much, so the ability to push the table away from you or pull it closer when seated on each side (where you sit the most) is a useful feature. And, since you're getting the Springfield, the ability to rotate the table means the slide direction isn't as big a deal.

Thank you! That info helps a lot

Doesn't the Springfield pedestal rotate? So you can move the slide front/back or side/side?

Some good pictures of the inside wall framing for the 17B, may come in handy later when hanging items. Both of my 19's with the large front table went side to side, my 21 with the smaller "U" table went front to rear to allow access to back. Side to side will not work with the "U" set up unless you get something other than the stock base.

I'm not sure! I think it does rotate but the slide will be the stock ETI slide which I think goes side to side normally. I believe you can have it installed front to back as well. No sure what to do. I guess I will have to see during orientation.

Yes, those pictures may come in handy later if I decide to hang something on that wall. We do have the springfield base with the smaller table.

I'm not sure exactly what it does except make it easier to move from bed to u-shaped dinette. From what people are saying it sounds like it does rotate.

Todays pictures of our 17B

This company is amazing. We bought a 2015 Deluxe Scamp a couple years ago and never got a glimpse of it until we arrived at the factory.

I can't see where the air conditioner is in any of the photos, do they cut out for them after or am I just not seeing it in the photos? I do see the solar on the roof.

Because of the camera position, it looks like the AC is just out of view, in both the interior and exterior photos you posted.

And yeah, it's no Scamp.
