Hi Peggy & Bob,
1. The biggist adjustment was that the toilet shut off valve was not installed. Then I looked over my build sheet and saw that I had omitted it! ETI 1, Rich 0
2. I cannot find the end of the wires from the solar connector. I talked to Reace and he told me they probably connected them. "To what?" I asked. To the battery leads at the converter. "But how do I wire them to my charger controller?" Evidently, several previous buyers complained because the wires WERE NOT connected. I'm the first to complain that they WERE connected. I'm installing my own charger controller and don't want my portable panels to bypass the controller. I'll have two 18V 40W panels in series connected to a MPPT charger controller. I'll also have matching panels on the roof, but more of them. They will disconnect the solar port leads and I'll have to extend them. This is unfortunate, because they were plenty long to begin with. I should have been explicit on my build sheet. ETI 2, Rich 0
3. I have two 12V 100Ah lithium batteries. The positive inverter cable is too short to reach the battery. This is due to my nonstandard configuration. They will install a longer lead. This would be my expense except that I told them my battery config. ETI 2, Rich 1
4. Replace the light in the range hood (it burned out on the second day) ETI 2, Rich 2
5. I need the more sheet curtain hangers for my non standard share curtain. (My expense)
6. Add jack pads to the stabilizer jacks (My expense)
7. I want to ask how best to install an internal switch for the Texas fan.
As you can see, this is either very minor stuff or its due to my specific configuration. I doubt it will apply to your trailer. The great thing about buying an Escape is that after a week on the roads, this is my total list off "defects". In fact, it's hard to call any of them actual defects except maybe the range hood light.
I'm only stopping by ETI because I'm camping 30 minutes away at the Derby Reach Regional Park. I'll start home after my visit tomorrow, but won't get home until the beginning of November.

Thanks Rich,
That is helpful. You are obviously much more technically savvy than me! Have a great camping trip.

Final 19 pictures
We received our final pictures today. Our orientation is Friday, the 15th. We have hanging with our kids in Seattle and plan to drive up early on Friday morning. Things, at least from the pictures, look great.
The laminate is basaltic slate, flooring is standard. There is a Springfield pedestal that will be installed at orientation.
As we are total newbies to travel trailering, Friday will be a very exciting time.

Rich,
Just out of curiosity did you ever approach Reace about doing some prep for a mini-split A/C like you indicated here:

So, for now, I'll just envy yours.

A long way to go but I am sure that you will find it all worth it. You'll be picking up a great trailer in no time!
