Those photos gave me a flashback to the disco days of the 1970's and the multi-color lighted dance floors like on the Tom Jones variety show. Memories! (Mostly good, as best I recall....)

I guess somebody has got to be on the tail end of every bell curve (on the dissatisfied end). Unfortunately, in this instance it was you! Many of us are grateful to be placed much further to the right on the curve.

And it is probably not a Classic bell curve. It is skewed very heavily to the satisfied side if the thousands of satisfied customers and their resulting experiences and positive comments are any indication. But what do I know, I only went through the 9th grade. By the time I was 15 I knew everything. That’s what my Dad said anyway. Your Dad ever say that to you?. Escape has been the best company I’ve dealt with in many years. An unhappy customer should sell his Escape and put the money he gets for it down as a deposit on a new Little Snoozy.

IMHO people are as happy as they want to be. There are a few ETI built trailer owners that seem to really dislike the ownership. I can't figure out why anyone chooses to be miserable. Sell your trailer and move on. Be happy!

Too, I've never had any issues with anyone at ETI. There's a direct correlation with being respectful. Ya get what ya give!

Absolutely ...... They are so good to their customers, by far and away the best trailer and service we've ever had. Can not even imagine what would have transpired to have Tammy, Reace or their daughters thought of as anything but giving very respectful and caring customer service.

Does this mean there will be an extra space at the Customer Appreciation Rally, where ETI hosts, and feeds, and gives prizes, and minor customer repairs to165 trailers full of enthusiastic owners from all across North American?

Your witness.

Well being as we’re expressing opinions here we’re on our second Escape trailer and have nothing but good to say about Reace, Tammy and the staff at ETI that we’ve dealt with.
I find it odd that someone would make such a sweeping statement and not mention any particular problem, incident or failure that would substantiate such an opinion.
I guess the age old saying you can’t make everyone happy all the time comes into play.

I'm very happy with my Escape. My trailer was one of the trailers that Rease made a cross country trip to repair, know any other company that would do that.

Per Tammy:
"At this time we have 174 units registered which will make this the largest rally yet! What a great way to celebrate 10 years."

Bottom line is that you don't get that many owners traveling to an event if you don't have a great product and great customer service. You also won't get repeat customers of which there are many.

Hi all.
We are on our second Escape, for a total of thirteen and a half years of using these trailers.
Reace did a lot of upgrades for us on our first one that we had for eleven years. Finally decided to go for the 21 footer. Can not think of anything to complain about regarding the Escape people and that goes for everybody from the front desk to the service people that have helped us fix problems caused by myself..Thank you ETI for all your help.

Putting kudos to "Team Harmatuik" aside for a moment, I'd still like more background on the troubles "dbljac" reported experiencing. Wild speculation on my part, but I hope he/she/they didn't end up on the short end of something like a flood-damaged or previously wrecked, poorly repaired camper. Inquiring minds want to know....

If he is going to put down Escape, he needs to post specifics and pics of issues otherwise not an issue

No, i suspect it was something financial. Looking at the history of posts, there was lots of positive involvement during the build phase. Then about the time of delivery, dead air until now. Tammy's office handles the financial transactions. So my guess is that something went sour in that process. If my guess is correct, it is not really any of our business.
