Another Tennessee Escape is now in progress

After 11 months of anxiously awaiting, we finally got our first set of pictures today. So exciting. Won't be long now.

Congrats GregandTeresa!!!! I know that feeling. It will be ready before you know it. Are you guys picking it up or having it delivered? I'm excited for you.

We are having it delivered to Goshen Indiana, and will meet them up there. That saved us about $1000 in delivery cost, which will cover a good chunk of our taxes when we register it.

How exciting GregandTeresa! Doesn't it give you butterflies in your stomach? You probably count the days now every day.... (just like I do)?

GregandTeresa's pictures remind me of house building:

Foundation laid: It's too small.
Floor underlay installed: It's too big.
Walls go up: It's too small.
Carpet laid: It's too big.
House finished: It's JUST RIGHT.

I think that applies to the Escape build process, too.

Try doing your own excavating, form building and concrete placing and I guarantee "small" won't be one of your thoughts.

But, yes, when all is said and done and the item is in actual use all the things that were given great amounts of thought just seem to drift away.
