We think alike, as part of my order I had Reace include a 4'x4' piece of the laminate just in case I need it for future "modifications"

Good thinking, I wish I'd thought of getting an extra piece of laminate.
No, it'll travel in the "stowed" position. It's held firmly in place by the mattress. It gets its' first use this weekend on a buying trip to CW.

I just got the left over piece from what they used. They would have just chucked it anyway.

Tom, no problem towing the 21 with the Highlander. There are some other Escapes being towed by the Highlander and haven't seen any posts of problems towing . .

I see what look like screws all around the belly band, has anyone seen during a visit if they go all the way through the shell into the cabin? Wondering about a potential leak point.

Hi: padlin... They are the rivets used to hold the base for the rub/trim strip on. There are some necessary rivets used... just not for the cabinets. Alf

OK, guys, I have started at the very beginning and gone through every single one of the 92 pages on this thread. I have absolutely loved seeing all the Escapes but kept hopin' and prayin' and hopin' and prayin' I'd see a 17B. And unless I missed it, not a one to be seen.
I know I'll be seeing some at the Rally but in the meantime . . . anyone have any 17B photos?
p.s. Can't wait for the Rally!
