Way Cool, Tim and Casey. Looks like you'll be neck-n-neck thoughout production.
Texas is going to be full of Escapes.

Thanks, Don. Heh, we're actually leaving TX to pick up our Escape with no plans of ever coming back.

Very cool, Tim n Casey. Can't believe some October trailers are hitting the line already.
Casey, so far we're getting same options. Very early but I'm going to be watching urs closely.

We got a second batch of pics today (second batch this week, that is; it's our fourth set of build pics). It includes the graphics on the exterior, which I posted in the Graphics Colors thread. Also the cabinetry has been trimmed out, and windows are in.

We received the last of our photos from ETI and are on the way to pick it up---going the slow route. Stayed a few nights at Crater Lake and both of us are at the point where we won't miss sleeping on the ground or walking to the restrooms in the middle of the night! As you can see, our dinette has the cot just waiting for one of our grandchildren to join us in the near future.

I can't believe it! Yip! Yip! The wait was worth it and we are happy we didn't settle.

It looks like another 17 in front of us, and nothing out the back window (we're the end of the line)-see correction edit below:
Edit: The last photo show the front of a trailer sideways out the window.

I remember sneaking a present and opening it behind the couch. I thought, from the package, it would be a Matchbox truck and I could quietly play with it. It was a harmonica.

And thus, Glenn's musical career was born!

Awesome! Yeah, we got just about every option. The only things I can think of that we purposefully left out are the foot flush toilet and awning LED lights.

Thanks, Pat. Sounds like you're seeing the same areas that we'll visit on our inaugural trip. I checked the fire map at work, and our route home keeps us west of OR and WA fires, and east of CA fires.
At Eugene, we'll cross over Willamette Pass (OR 58) to US 97 - (possible smoke N. of Klamath Falls due to a 13000 acre fire NW of Crater lake); there are many fires between the Northern CA redwood coast and I-5 , so we'll be well east of those.

Yeah, It IS like Christmas as a kid. Maybe I'll take some Xmas lights to hang on the 17.
