15 more sleeps....

This is how I remember the countdown to a birthday or Xmas as a child! Now I am just a big kid with bigger toys! LOL....

So being a hot rod guy over the years I have some bling for the trailer still to come. I will post some pics after we pick up our trailer and head out on a 10 day Maiden Voyage.

In the previous pics I posted there is a really nice 2017 19' beside us. Tried to read the phrase on the front but the resolution was too low to zoom in. Maybe the owners will post a few pics so we can all have a peek?

Cheers,
Ken

Is that a Springfield Pedestal holding the table? Is it a customer supplied option?
I also like the floor, formica and fabric. Very nice match.

Love the contrast between counter and floor with the cabinetry! Congratulations! Many happy trails!

SFDavis 50 - no to the Springfield pedestal table. I think that's just how they put the table for transport. We just ordered whatever table comes with the U Shaped dinette. Thanks on our custom choices. It was fun picking them out.

Marry - thank you! We're very pleased with how it turned out. I think the white walls help set everything off as well. We have a Casita which has off white carpet on the walls and we spent many hours sitting out there with samples trying to imagine how everything would look together.

I'd bet $50 that's a springfield pedestal. I have one and that's the base looks like. They might have given you one by mistake. Otherwise you'd have 2 table legs there and the legs have to be stowed during transit!
I love mine, although I had to get the dicor slide as the ETI slider was pretty flimsy and didn't allow much movement. Let us know.

Bet.
I see two receptacles for the two standard posts. Posts will be in under-seat storage.

Yep. Not a Springfield. They have a much larger diameter base.

oops. I admit stupidity- I went outside and looked at mine and you're right- the bases are much larger.

Hello gbjepson. Congratulations on your new 5.0TA!

I sent a pm but it may not go thru because I'm a new member here and may not have enough posts to allow pm's.

I saw in the forum you have a 5.0TA. My wife and I (Joe and Cherie Whitacre) are considering the purchase of a 5.0TA in the future and would LOVE the opportunity to see one. We live in Ross Ohio, which is not too far from you (saw on owners map). We owned a Casita in the past and currently own an EggCamper. but our dream is to go for the 5.0TA.

If its not asking too much, would you show your 5.0TA sometime?? No rush at all and I totally understand and respect if you decide not to, but I had to ask with you being so close!!

I don't know if its politically correct to ask and I hate to ask anybody of anything, not to mention on a public forum. I really wish I could pm you, but I read it takes 10 posts before pm works and I don't have that yet. For privacy, you can reply to my info below instead of this post, whichever you prefer.

Thanks so much - Joe and Cherie Whitacre

Thank you SOOO much!! We are very excited to see the 5.0TA in person!! Our friends have an Escape 21, but I'm too tall and cant stand in it fully upright. So extra height plus the queen bed of the TA - it sounds perfect! We PM'ed you back!

Thanks again!!
