How about this one? Only holds 4 bottles, and you couldn't tow with bottles in the rack, but it definitely would fit the side of the cabinet.

This is the wine rack in my Boler, and you can travel with wine in it .... and I do
The "Grape Escape" will need something along these lines.

So there is additional wiring to be done to get the needed 7-wire setup. It's an easy job to add the needed wiring. You would think that Toyota would have given more thought of what a 5,000 lbs rated tow vehicle would require.

I understand the logic. On the other hand, you can indeed tow 5,000 pounds without adding trailer brake wiring, simply by using surge brakes.
This is not unique to Toyota - almost any manufacturer sells vehicles with towing capacity well beyond the limit for an unbraked trailer, and yet no provisions for brake controller installation. At the same time, other Toyota models which are more commonly used for towing do have the desired wiring.
While we may not agree with Toyota's decision, I'm sure they've thought about the towing requirements.

I thought Highlanders were only rated to tow 5000 if the tow package is added, otherwise, it's 3500 or 2500.

I think that's what Rick said... 5000 with the towing preparation package. That's in the U.S.; in Canada this model is rated for 5000 pounds of towing capacity as standard equipment.

In 2014 the Highlander includes the tow package with the XLE and Limited trim level. But still no wiring for the brake controller. We have only had the 21 for a few days. But so far we are pleased with the towing experience.

Well, Friday's tomorrow, and I won't have time to post any pics because I'm doing orientation, loading the rig, and heading south after an early Canadian Thanksgiving dinner. Angela and I have the weekend to explore Deception Pass and the 19'. Its been a long wait, though we did start with a Dec 19 completion date. We're excited

Great photos all. I saw two of the ones above today in person. You would not believe how many they have in production right now! Pretty much every square inch of available floor space is being used for something. Busy times at ETI.

Thanks! The ability to personalize these trailers before production is a bonus. And, there'll be a few more modifications to go before heading to northern B.C. and the Yukon next summer.

Exactly, like your kitchen at home everyone has a preference. We wanted larger drawers and the center stile to be continuous from top to bottom, From what I can see I am liking the looks so far
Also notice we made the rear upper cabinet door over the bed wider ...
