No idea saw it on a news scroll and googled that article, honestly I did not read the article either.

That was a great video. I was telling Cathy on our last trip that a lot of the best pictures are the ones with the vehicles in them. As for the beer, whatever suits your tastes. Loren

With Russia getting PBR (and Colt 45, Lone Star, Rainier, and Oly among a couple of other "classics") I suppose our hopes (I live a half mile from the closed Olympia Brewery) of its triumphant return someday are dimming rapidly. Bummer.

Do you think all those little Artesians emigrated to Russia too?

Nicely done! I guess you don't mind stopping often to get a good shot. You captured some of my favorite places and introduced me to places I need to see!

Great video! I have one question ... how deep is the cabinet under your refrigerator? It looks huge compared to ours, which is only 7" deep.

Ten inches deep. Mine has wood panel sheet on 3 sides that butts against wheel well but goes up um, 7- 8-10 inches, so you can see wheel well behind it.

But why would yours be different? Don't get that. I'd stick my hand in there to see if there's more space to the wheel well you could gain by ripping out that back panel.

Strange. Ours is 7 1/8" that's it ... front edge to back wall and our back wall does not butt up against the wheel well. If go in under the bed and measure from the wheel wheel to the front edge of the cabinet in question, it measures 14". Looking over the back wall of the cabinet under the refrigerator, I can see the wheel well in the distance, the drain pipe from the refrigerator and one wire. We did have the Texas fan installed but I don't know where it is placed. Might be giving ETI a call to see what might be back there before we think about moving out the back wall ...

I posted on this space some time ago with pictures. If you have a small camera, place it in the cabinet and over the top to take a picture of what is back there. I found fridge drain line, propane line for fridge, grey water tank vent tube and a few electrical wires. I considered taking out the back wall of the cabinet but saw I wouldn't be gaining much. What I DID do was insulate the sides of the small cabinet and make an insulated top for it. The wall behind the cabinet in our 15B was an outside wall that had NO insulation at all so it was quite cold. Insulating the cabinet solved most coldness and draftiness.

Space under fridge

Found my old pictures. You can see the top of the back of the cabinet in most of the pictures. Really not much usable space back there.

Hi Tim and Julie - Thanks so much for posting these photos (and great idea too). When I mentioned moving out the back wall, the withering look I got told me that was NOT going to happen but it's interesting to know what's back there.

Well then, guess I'm feeling lucky. I can lay a ten inch fry pan flat in there, on my added upper shelf, and it's longer handle extends over the wall. Haven't noticed any drafts from under there but stuffing insulation over the wall's now my plan too.
