I have 2 of these in my "U" shaped dinette, they work really well. Amazon.com - Arlee Micro Plush Bedrest Lounger, Rich Black - Throw Pillows

Tash, I love those pillows! Those are all the places we want to visit!

What we did (probably doesn't work for U-shaped dinettes) is to have our upholsterer create arm rests from our upholstery fabric. I sometimes depend on armrests to support my bad back. So we will have both arm rests and throw pillows as options.

Not sure how this will work yet, as we have yet to try them out.

Donna--I would love to have my mom help you, but after the 12 or so pillows for us, I think she is done for awhile! We did have some left over fabric, so we are curious to see what she might come up with. We hinted at something for our dog!

West Ender--thanks! Sadly, I don't know why the sewing thing never took for me, but so thankful my mom still spoils me at my age!

Roobarb--yes, we can't wait to travel to some of those places either! Exciting times ahead!

Tash - love your pillows, cute fabric. I made pillows out of my 'leftover' upholstery fabric. Makes it very cozy.

I like your small table lamp. Is that a 12 volt lamp?

Pillows

I made some pillows with my own trailer on them. Super simple with an inkjet printer and transfer paper.
