Ready To Roll

Tomorrow is Verna's first full day of retirement. We were planning on starting a trek south on Sunday... but this morning there is snow everywhere in the valley and surrounding hills. We may have to delay a few days... or worse yet... weeks!

Congrats to Verna on her retirement. You can pull a trailer on snow covered roads with no problem, just taking care. Chances are they have cleared the roads anyway. But, if you are retired, I guess there is no rush.

I pull work trailers around all winter. Certain icy conditions require caution, but for the most part it is not too bad at all. One thing I find, is the tongue weight gives me more rear wheel traction, which is helpful in a pickup.

Good thing retirement is coming up. You can leave whenever.
Nice looking combo you have!! They sure look ready to roll. Taking it slow and easy, will do the trick. Enjoy your everyday off time!
