Jim, Think Maddon during an NFL game drawing all over the screen predicting and planning. You are a great camper mod man and this build will be something to watch. I'm only sorry my rig couldn't be on the same delivery.

Donna D. I know this is a new dimension and may join you on the upcoming 5'er. My mom wants to join us camping, and I took Jim's advise..time doesn't wait....and ordered the 21 for this summer. Mom wants me in the 5, and wife just wants got get out so we will see. Escape is like nobody else and I await the journey with Jim's advice.

Absolutely YES Don! You can make more money.. somehow, someway, but the one THING you can never get back or make more of is time... time waits for no one...

I love Fridays, here are some more pictures, from week#2, it looks like the awning may protect the bath window also. You can see the extra insulation below the white vinyl.

There's room for a few more build sheets on the side of that trailer.

Hah, very funny, Jim. Blackjack's really coming along.

That looks like an interesting dinette layout. The back seat looks really deep. Were you thinking of using that as a semi-permanent second single bed? Or maybe I'm just not seeing it right.

Escape is now installing 3 cushion backs with 3 cushion bottoms on the "U" shaped and 2 small corner cushions. I believe the depth is 16" but not sure. What do you think of my floor choice, Home Depot had a special that day.

Love that U dinette. So awesome to see blackjack come together as I begin my build sheet. So in this dinette layout, where is storage and what is under some of that space? Water tank, converter, Etc? Can't wait to come over to your new rig for lunch!

Exciting Jim! Does table slide front to back like U dinette on our 19'. If so, you'll like ease of sitting down & opening of more floor space. We're spending our first overnight in ours. Elect at home. Battery, gas, generator, a learning process. :-)

I can't wait to see Blackjack. On my day off today I am tweeking my buildsheet. It is hard going without a camper, How have you been managing?

Besides the heater you are adding, are there any other aftermarket additions you already have planned?

Are you looking to use those rain gutters you used on your 19'

Can't wait for the next set of pics you post!

Let's just say the UPS man and myself are on first name basis. My Amazon bill this month is close to $800 due to the Andersen hitch and 12v television and miscellaneous items. It has been a long 5 months but the end is near. I have piles of "stuff" all over the house, some old, some new.

Escape called and wanted to verify electrical locations, I'm having 2 extra 120v outlets installed, 5 are standard and 4 extra 12v outlets installed, one is standard. The rear dinette will have the converter installed under the rear back and there will be a 12v outlet located there also. The solar display will also be put there so it can be visible from the front of the trailer. I'm having 120v installed on each side of the dinette bottom towards the rear. In the dinette upper cabinets there will be captain lights in each corner as well as a 12v outlet in each upper side cabinet front. There will be a coaxial location there also. The refer wall is reinforced so the 12v tv can be located anyplace on the wall with access to 12v power and antenna.
The E-Z winterizing valve is located right inside the outside hatch under the bed so that all I have to do is place a gallon of antifreeze there, insert the hose and turn the pump on. I open each faucet and the pump does the rest. I'll be able to use the toilet now without water in the winter after the trailer is winterized if need be. Just as good as having a cassette toilet set up.
The build continues….
