Problems Financing

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum and in the process of buying a slightly used Escape 19. Our problem is the underwriters for the band are having trouble looking up the vin # in the NEDA system. That is who the use to insure the loan. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

How old is the trailer? ETI just started using real VIN numbers recently.
