17B Escape

We are very interested in a 17B Escape used. We live in Surrey. BC Canada, and would consider any for sale in BC.
Thanks,
Karin and Dave

Hi Karin and Dave, have you looked at the 5.0? We had originally began with a 17B but upgraded to the 5.0. Now have our 5.0 for sale as we have purchased a cabin.

Hi Karin and Dave

We originally thought of the 17b ourselves as only wanted one vehicle to tow and for everyday use, however we're glad we bought a 5.0 especially since we plan to be snowbirds. Notice there's a 2010 5.0 for sale in Delta for 23,500. That's a good price and certainly close to you. Go have a look at it at the least.

For some of us, a tow vehicle that it not a pick-up truck is important. Without our cargo can full of motorcycles, we wouldn't have all that much need for our Esacpe.

To the OP: happy shopping! Hope you can find a 17B to see/buy. We're *very* happy with our choice of size and cannot see ever suffering from two-foot-itis. (Or fifth-wheel-itis, as the case may be.)

I second that. A lot of factors involved besides the trailer size.

We looked at the new 5.0 when we were at Eti a month ago . It's a very nice trailer there are obviously advantages of it . We just struggled with The fact that you are committed to having a pick up truck from here on in and it makes hauling canoes and kayaks difficult . So for us it's a easy decision for the 21 .

Looked for yours in the for sale area and didn't find it. Have you posted particulars on your 2013 17B someplace? Would appreciate details if available. Thanks.

Hi, Haven't got to posting it here yet. Check Craigslist Salem under RVs/Escape.
I'll get more on this forum on the weekend.
Thanks.
