2013 5.0 19-foot 5th wheel $18,500

Clean, excellent condition 19-foot fifth wheel, $18,500 US. Selling d/t my low back problem making driving distances no longer feasible. New refrigerator and double 6-volt batteries last year. Price includes a 90-watt solar panel and the fifth wheel hitch. Has an electric heater so no wasting propane if you have hook-up. Note: not air conditioned. With deposit will deliver to western US or southern BC. Photos here: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AlFpiK3zDd0bkEsxCyEXtEx2-cMU. Thanks for looking.

Yes, it has both propane and electric heaters. We bought it from the first owners who lived in BC. They had the electric heater installed as a custom add-on when they purchased it new.

The AC and having it installed $1000-$1500.

A couple of more questions. Does trailer have extra insulation? Double pane windows? High lift axle? Thanks from Bob in SLC UT

Additional info

I've had a number of questions about the trailer, in private messages and on this thread. I'll try to answer them all here as best I can.

The trailer is wired for AC. I checked with Escape and verified by looking the wire is where they said it would be.

It has double pane windows. I'm not sure about extra insulation.

It doesn't have the high lift axle. It needs a tow vehicle with a maximum bed rail height of 58".

The dry weight of the trailer is 2618 lb. As loaded today it weighs 3370 lb. The GVWR is 4400 lbs. The pin weight as best as I can measure it is 700 lb as loaded right now. My 2015 Tacoma has a 2000 lb cargo capacity and towing capacity of 6000 lb and pulls it just fine.

It is also wired for solar even though it doesn't have panel installed.

I'll post answers to any other informational questions which arise in this posting. Thanks for your inquiries.

Thanks for the info. I still wanna take a road trip and hook up to that trailer of yours. We just need you to receive a deposit and make it happen. Give me a call please. I think you have my phone number and email address. Thanks
