Loren it's not just our dollar sinking, it's yours rising. Seems every day the euro as well is worth less against the US$. In uncertain times everyone likes to go for the US$
Let me know how the RV show is, we might consider going just to see what's new in accessories etc, since we are in Leavenworth until next week.

If they delivered mine to Massachusetts why would they balk at Bob's. You just do the paperwork and have it paid for ahead of time. The orientation is on disk and needfull things are in the manual.

Adrian is correct. It is the US dollar rising against all currencies. This now makes US exports more expensive. As with every, situation there are the winners and losers. Well, off to the RV show. Loren

Congrats to getting a great trailer "off the lot". Gets the heart beating don't it when you are ready to buy and the 'perfect' ad hits.

Thankts Grant & Kathy. Two pluses I can see with it: 1) no wait time; and 2) I don't have to stress over the options list, someone did that for me!

Thanks Steve. No worries about the storage box, if you're serious. I will have plenty of room in the bed of my truck. Jeff

FYI, once you get the paperwork in hand from Escape you can go to a DMV in Oregon and pre-register a new trailer. You'll walk out the door with plates in hand and not have to mess with trip tickets to get it home.

Thanks Charlie, that was my next research project. Glad to hear that Oregon makes it easy, some states require you to bring the trailer in before they'll issue the plates.

Jeff, I went to DMV the day I left to pickup Ten Forward. From the time I walked into the office until I walked out with plates/tags/registration was 11 minutes flat! Can't beat that.
Don't forget, Oregon charges by the foot for licensing and two years at a time. Wait until the last possible minute to get everything at DMV. Since I picked up July 3, I made certain the registration started in July.... not June (call me cheap). YMMV
