Some info

I just wanted to throw some thoughts out there and some information to help people make a more informed decision.

I paid $41,899 CAD or at the time of purchase $33,626 US plus an additional $655 US for flooring and fabric. Today this same trailer would cost $44,984 CAD or the equivalent to approx $34,000 based on today's exchange rate.

If you don't want all of the options in this trailer and/or have the time to drive to BC I would suggest you go purchase a new trailer. If you don't have the time to drive to BC from the east coast or don't want to and don't want to spend in excess of $9,000 in delivery fees (3.00/mile X 3,000 plus miles to east coast), then you could considering purchasing my trailer for approx 15% below the cost of a brand new trailer and won’t have to incur any significant costs to pick it up.

This trailer is almost new. Other than the drive home from BC to NJ and one other short trip it has just sat in my driveway covered. It has been extremely well cared for. The only reason I'm selling it is because I'm not getting the use out of it that I had anticipated. I had a 17B that I got a lot more use out of but upgraded to a 19 for more room and a real bed. Things have changed and I just don't have much time to travel with the trailer at the moment. That could change next summer but right now I decided I would try and sell it and see what the future holds. I'm not in a rush to sell it at the moment.

Thanks for reading!

For buyers on the east coast, if you aren't going to drive out to BC to get a new trailer, the shipping costs you can save by buying a pre-owned Escape are quite significant.

Yes. You may want to call ETI to confirm that it is transferable. I picked it up 6/14/18.

Per page 3 of the owners manual. "Escape Trailer Industries (‘ETI’) warranty covers this recreational vehicle (‘RV’) for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase by the first retail owner."

Interested in seeing your rig

Hello,
My wife and I are very interested in seeing your Escape. We live in Saratoga Springs NY. Just joined this forum tonite after seeing our first Escape in a local state campground sunday pm. Started shopping for truck campers the best are made in BC and are fiberglass like your beauty. We then started looking at Airstreams. Escapes might be the way to go. We could come down next week. I am in sales and traveling this week. Please email me with your contact info, not sure how replies work on this forum
Capt. John Stacey/jstacey1@nycap.rr.com/ leave your phone # and we'll call you!
Very Interested!

Interested In Escape 19

I've been looking at purchasing new Escape 19 trailer but came across your offer. You selected all the options I would have chosen!

I live in Maryland near DC, I have ability to pay cash, and my wife and I would be willing to drive to your location tomorrow to look at the trailer, if it is still available. One question though, is Escape warranty transferable?

My home email is gmartin78@me.com.

Let me know trailer is still available.

Greg
