Reace may be able to help you. Like Hillary posted, it may depend on your factory options, region you are selling in, mods (good & not so good), and the general care and condition of your RV. Selling should be in your favor due to the low numbers of Escape 5.0's for sale, quality of factory build, and fuel prices.
Not exactly the same, but when I sold my 4-year old casita I took off $1000 for each year I had used it. I had 3 offers in two days and sold it to the first one of them to see it. If I were doing it again I would probably try $500/year first and see what I could get.
