Brand New 21 Escape for Sale!
Sadly, because of serious illness, our brand new 2018 customized 21 foot Escape has to be SOLD before it has even been taken off the lot. The completion date of new builds is now July and August so if anyone wants an Escape for the spring and summer, this could be your chance!
Our Escape was completed on January 8th, and it has been stored (insured) at Escape.
There are $11,000+ of options on the trailer. The options include:
- E2 hitch
- Extra insulation
- Frameless thermal windows including bathroom
- Aluminum rims
- Air conditioner with digital thermostat
- Tank heat pads
- Underneath sprayfoam insulation
- Storage box
- Custom medium grey vinyl fabric
- Custom dark grey floor
- Custom light grey Formica (these greys go well with the blond wood)
- Flush mount cooktop
- U shaped dinette
25 more upgrades! We will send our build sheet if you are seriously interested.
We are asking $42,500 CDN for our new Escape or $33,900 US. We will accept US dollars.
The orientation is scheduled for April 15th but could be altered to suit the new owner.
The trailer has been registered and licensed in Ontario making it simple for a Canadian buyer. Registration in the US will require additional paperwork from Escape of course.
Thank you.
Hazel and John

Hi! I'm sorry to hear you have to sell you Escape! We are interested and have been keeping our eyes out for one, debating new or used.
A couple questions on the options: Do you have the oven option? Solar? And what about the fridge - is it a normal size or the larger size with separate freezer?
We owned a 19' Escape and have been thinking about the 21' because it fits our 2 teenage daughters, whereas the 19' did not.

Hello mtcats, thanks for your interest.
We didn’t put in an oven since we have always used a toaster oven, a microwave, a grill, a slow cooker, and an induction plate to cook. We had a flush mount cooktop installed so the full countertop can be used. The fridge is full sized with a separate freezer. We didn’t get solar installed but that could be done before it leaves Escape Industries.
We’d be happy to answer any other questions.
Hazel

So sorry illness changed your plans. I do like the gray combination in the interior. Very nice. You should have no problems finding a buyer for it soon.

What formica color are the counters? We are finalizing our build sheet and trying to decide on counters, planning on dark blue upholstery and stock floor.

We're also wondering what specific colour options that you chose for the custom flooring/Formica/fabric? They were great choices! We were thinking similar colours for ours as well. Sorry to hear of your situation.

Sailor231, it’s a light grey which probably wouldn’t go with your colour scheme.

AnJ, our choices were to have a plain, darker floor for ease of cleaning; plain vinyl upholstery for ease of cleaning and for a clean look; and a light, slightly patterned Formica counter and table for lightness. I would suggest only having one pattern, and also keeping the colours neutral. I found the greys were a nice contrast to the wood. Colours and ‘pop’ can be brought in with cushions and the bedspread, and these can be easily changed when you tire of that colour. I was considering aqua as an accent.
As you can tell, I love to decorate and nest!

I’m sorry for the delay. We were away at medical appointments.
Thank you for everyone’s interest. We have a deposit on the trailer now, and it appears that the sale will be completed shortly. If it does not, I will certainly let everyone here know.
