For Sale: 2007 17b ($13,000 USD)

2007 17b

Located in San Diego

Stored indoors or under cover.

We've had this trailer for a handful of years and have loved it. The bathroom was removed in this trailer to make room for a much bigger kitchen area with a solid wood counter-top and lots of storage. This mod makes the trailer feel way bigger and has been a game changer for us. There is also a removable door on the upper bunk that is great for young kids.

Has all standard options and some upgrades:
Large rooftop solar panel with inverter
Weight distribution system with spring bars (hitch)
Backup camera
Outside shower
Propane/Electric fridge
Heater

That is a removable door that makes the front upper bunk suitable for young children. If you look at the pictures you can see the continuation on the right side... It also works well as a luggage locker. It is easily removable by popping the hinge pins.

This is a great looking rig - love the mods, they look really well done, and make it spacious-looking, and incredibly versatile. Thanks for the nice pics
I bet some lucky person will snatch it up in a jiffy --

It is & will be.
The trailer is currently at a family members' house in Escondido. We will be there from the 25-30. If you're around during that period- great. However, if that's not a convenient time, we could arrange another time for you to look at it. Feel free to give me a call: (907) 314-zero one five eight.

Just curious, when the bath was removed what was done re: the black tank? Removed, converted to grey?

That's a neat idea. Makes sense now that I look at your picture closer combined with your additional info. Thank you.

Do you still have all the bathroom parts so it could be refitted? Did you leave in place the gray water system?
Does it have the dual pane insulated windows, or just the single glass?

Black water tank was drained, cleaned, capped & left in place. Could be used/converted/removed.

No. The utilities are still in place (supply water and black water tank, which was cleaned and capped) but I discarded the surrounds and the toilet. Could be refitted if desired.

Single-pane tinted glass.
