My thanks to those of you who posted the pictures.
I really had a great time and enjoyed the RV Show. But most of all the wonderful people.
Let's start working on the next one in the four corners area/ Western Slope area.

Truly a fine and marvelous rally it was. Great trip...great folks, great pictures! We just got home from Moab a couple hours ago--after doing a few side trips of our own. Decided after the rally to stop by Goblin State Park, then on to Capitol Reef, then how could we not stop at Bryce Canyon, then.... well, the sign to the North rim of the Grand Canyon said "closed for winter," so... we had no choice but to motor on, oh yes.... through Zion National Park. What a blast.
I will be adding my own pictures and comment soon, after the debriefing and the unwinding.

My first ever fiberglass trailer rally, at the Gold Bar recreation site outside Moab, 10 miles deep into rock country, was golden. Had it all: Escapes, Scamps, U-Hauls, was that a Bigfoot and, I think, a Boler? Very cool beans, as Donna would say. Tucked into a corner beside the Colorado River, surrounded by red cliffs that rocked, the hot dogs were delicious, the campfire and conversations much fun. Oh, that Dutch oven pizza! Thank you Patti and all who helped make the weekend so nice for us.
Bummer I missed the trailer mods inspection tour. Was checking on Landscape Arch. But, Friday we did a 4-wheel dirt drive following Mike¹ and Mike² and Jack, way deep up into the mountains to Dead Horse Point. Unforgettable, as was the group dinner at Moab Brewery.
Our entire trip Escape 19 required no hook ups, and got none. Left home a day early - met up with EscapeDave and Cheryl at Mesa Verde, NP campground. Yo, Dave, did the furnace come in multo handy there, or what?!! At Gold Bar, again, pleasant days but so glad for furnace at night. Sunday when the rally ended we’re bound for Capitol Reef National Park. More thankful, happy heat on demand inside trailer but next stop, Bryce Canyon, in the morning, saw much condensation on the windows and a little digital thermometer that insisted it was only 30 degrees outside. This is May in Utah? When I rushed out to Sunset Point at 0800 for a picture at the cliff edge my fingers assured me it was really seventeen degrees.
All this caused concern since the entire trip I’m strictly on carried propane and battery power. The last leg home when we hit the dusty trail --my 600W Xantrex display read 12.3 volts.
Driving for several hours never ever seemed to jack the batteries up to like 12.8v. After 7 days it was hard not feeling I was committing battery murder. But, we hardly used the water pump, did not use hot water, have all LED’s inside, run a radio with double A’s. No clue how much propane was left in tank one. Lit the burner on day 7 to make my morning coffee for the last time; plenty of flame. Cannot deny I was a tad surprised. Think just for peace of mind I will now get me a propane gauge.
Yes, Dave, and I am also closer to buying a stand-alone energy gathering sunshine catcher thingo like yours.

Regarding that (off)road trip: Ground should be *flat*, with occasional hurricanes.

Your pictures were beautiful Myron! The sparks jumping off the fire were great and it was nice to see that new 5.0TA out camping. The stars must have been spectacular at night there.

I've searched. I guess this isn't a go for 2015? How about 2016? I'm already planning my trips for next year and was going to put the mini-rally on the list....
